The Delta Pioneers, a service organization which encourages contact between retirees of Delta Air Lines as well as airlines that have merged with Delta, met on March 9, 2008 for their Spring Luncheon. Brad Lang, Red Tail Project board member, and Tuskegee Airman Col. Charles McGee gave a presentation about the relationship between the Red Tail Project, the Tuskegee Airmen, and Don Hinz.

The Red Tail Project needs your help in preserving the legacy of the Tuskegee Airmen. We are looking for biographies and photos on Tuskegee Airmen to include on our website. We are also looking to obtain historic photographs, video, and artifacts that we can use in developing educational resources to share with educators, display in the traveling museum, and to develop informational presentations.

On Tuesday, February 12, pioneering Tuskegee Airmen visited a pioneering high school in Minneapolis, MN. Cristo Rey Jesuit High School is a private, college-prep high school that is focused on providing not only a superior educational experience but also serving the community around it.
